Let it Snow, Let it Snow... Let it Snow!

Well we got a little bit of snow (really fine, powdery snow- no good for snowmen or snowballs) this last weekend, and it has sort of stuck around.... turning to ice mainly. But the kids are still excited! We're supposed to have more today, but so far no such luck.... we'll see what happens. A White Christmas would sure be gorgeous, but you never can tell in the great NW!

St. Lucia party

I've never been to a St. Lucia celebration, and in less than 3 days I've been to 2 all in little Norway (or knows as Poulsbo)... Chloe danced tonight though, enjoy the little video.

Blake was so great too... he was watching intently for the first half, while sitting on his own chair (which he insisted on having) and holding his little lion webkinz... but then right when his sister's turn came to dance, he of course didn't want to watch her, he wanted to be held, to squirm, to need our attention... he tried to be good! Anyhow, I have discovered that there is no good angle to photograph your child while they are dancing the folk dances, because they're in constant movement twirling round and round again... hope you can track Chloe- she has the red bow in her hair, her hair is just above her shoulders, she's in a red outfit (aren't they all... LOL!)... couldn't help myself. Anyhow, enjoy the cultural experience!
