Cousin snuggles

Blake ADORES... I mean A-D-O-R-E-S his cousin Maddy.... she was over this morning early before school and when Blake woke up (he knew she was coming) he wanted to go and do everything Maddy was doing. He wouldn't pick toast or cereal for breakfast until Maddy picked, he wouldn't pick what to drink until Maddy would...he was enthralled with Maddy! Thank you for Maddy... she snuggled and let him sit and snuggle back! What a sweetie. Blake even made her put her arm around him, and she left it there for 40 minutes! What a doll.

Halloween is tardy

So to keep it breif.... time has been flying by the last month... anyhow, here are the kids Halloween pictures- Chloe was a witch (she insisted it be ALL black, and I couldn't help make a sparkly cape and spray sparkle spray in her hair), and Blake was a monkey (same as last year) with a fake banana (very important... he wanted everyone to know that he had a "fake" banana because he was a "pretend" monkey and real monkeys would need real bananas).... anyhow, enjoy!

Fall hiking

Kent and his good friend Darren went hiking this Saturday (it was Darren's birthday weekend).... they had a hard time finding a trail they wanted to hike, but got some awesome footage of ELK up close and personal. I hope this link works

Sorry this is sideways.... didn't think I wouldn't be able to turn it around.... but they are so cute! I hope you hear their adorable voices!

Then to top off all the videos, we had Poppy (my dad) over for dinner when mom was out of town... it was SO NICE to have some "Poppy alone time" as Chloe references it... he played hard with the kids (each of them), he read books, we talked a lot, it was really nice! Check out the video of the kids wrestling with Poppy... hear the adorable laughter from everyone. Hmmm... the video isn't uploading, I'll try with a separate post!
